Is the End User Support Administrator in-charge of Main building and the Ag. End User Support Manager, Yunusu is an ICT/Electrical Profession and has more than 8 years’ experience in ICT/Electrical, as a End User support administrator, he is technically hands-on & gives remote support to users and as a manager he is responsible for guiding the entire ICT End-User Support function of the University, oversees the establishment and implementation of an effective Help-Desk function for all ICT queries within the University as well as communicates with various ICT stakeholders on ICT undertakings within the University.

He holds a Bachelor of Information Technology Degree from Makerere University, an Ordinary Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Uganda Technical College (UTC) Masaka, ICDL, CCNA, DIAMN, CEH v10, PMP
