Grace is a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative assistant with 8+ years of experience supporting executives and managing office operations. Proficient in report writing, Rapportouring during workshops, taking and compiling of minutes, data collection, data transcription, translation of documents from English to Luganda and from Luganda to English, planning as well as coordination of activities.

Grace has supported staff and faculty in adhering to the Grants Administration and Management Policy, 2020, giving her extensive knowledge in grant administration and management.

Grace holds a holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Arts in Social Sciences, from Kyambogo University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Public Administration and Management from Uganda Management Institutee. She has played key roles in Project Administration on several projects including Coordinating of a Coalition project of 5 Persons with Disabilities’ Organizations, on the Project to draft the Wakiso District PWD Ordinance 2014. She has also served under various units of Makerere University in both administrative and clerical work. 

Grace is also a Board member on various Association and has contributed services to the community namely; Association of Secretaries and Administrative Professionals in Uganda (ASAPU). Grace is the Chairperson Luganda Language Association (Ekibiina Ky’olulimi Oluganda) and the Deputy Head of Laity Kasengejje Sub Parish, Wakiso Parish.
