We increase proposal competitiveness and ensure submission readiness by:
- Supporting proposal writing, technical reviews, and narrative development.
- Providing guidance on budgeting and costing of grant activities.
- Assisting with application packaging, documentation, and formatting.
- Supporting registration on funder portals and navigating submission processes.
We ensure smooth transition from award notification to project kick-off by:
- Guiding Principal Investigators through the negotiation of grant conditions.
- Coordinating internal approvals and the signing of grant agreements by authorized university representatives.
- Ensuring proper documentation and institutional record keeping.

- Facilitating project onboarding and account setup.
- Supporting implementation with regular compliance checks.

- Maintaining up-to-date institutional records of all externally funded research grants.
- Preparing quarterly and annual grants performance reports.
- Providing secretariat support to the Grants Management Steering Committee.
- Supporting monitoring, evaluation, and continuous quality improvement of grants management processes.
